Overview of the five step SecureLC
process

Step
1: Enter
the buyer and seller details and issue an invitation to the seller
 |
- The
first step in the SecureLC process is to fill out the details of both
the buyer and seller into the homepage form shown left. The form sends
an email invitation to the seller who has the right to accept or decline
the invitation. You will also receive a confirmation email indicating
the process has been started.

- This
is a sample page of what the seller receives from your invitation. The
response will generate an email back to the buyer informing them if
the invitation has been accepted or declined.

Step
2: Negotiate
an online invoice between the buyer and the seller

|
- Once
the invitation has been accepted you will both receive a secure link
to your easy online invoice. Both parties will have equal access to
the same invoice page (sample shown left).
- To
make changes to the invoice you simply edit the information and then
click the button at the bottom of the invoice to make the change.
- Any
changes made to the invoice are emailed to the other party notifying
them of what changes you have made to the invoice.
- There
are no passwords and the coded link for the invoice can be accessed
at any web browser.
- The
0.5% charge is automatically calculated into the invoice.
- Sample
Invoice: This is a sample of an american company purchasing computer
monitors from Hong Kong. The calculated SecureLC 0.5% charge of $163
is shown on the bottom right hand side above the Invoice Total.

Step
3: Accepting
and signing the terms of the agreed invoice and buyer transfering the
invoice balance to our escrow account in Hong Kong

- Once
the online invoice has been completed and pricing and terms of the sale
have been negotiated both buyer and seller enter their names and click
their respective signature button at the bottom of the invoice page.
- Shown
left: are the two name fields at the bottom of the invoice which are
signed once both parties have agreed to the invoice terms.

- Shown
left: The seller, in this case "Steven Lin" is happy with
the terms of the invoice and has entered his personal name.
- The
seller button automatically registers his unique IP address and timestamp
of the online signature.

- Shown
left: The buyer, in this case "Leslie Smith" is happy with
the terms of the invoice and has entered her personal name.
- Once
the invoice has been signed no more changes can be made to the invoice.

| Once
the invoice has been inspected by our qualified export / import professionals
the buyer will be sent a request to telegraphically transfer the total amount
of the agreed to invoice to our secure escrow account with HSBC in Hong
Kong |

Step
4:The
order is made and shipped

- Once
the order has been made and ready for shipping theseller faxes customs,Bill of Lading and shipping documents to our Hong Kong office

- SecureLC inspects all the relevant
shipping and customs documents before transfering the balance of the
agreed invoice to the sellers company bank accounts.

Step
5: The
buyer collects the container at the port of destination

|
- The
container and goods are collected by the buyer at the port of destination
and the buyer is free to get back to getting on with business.

executed and completed online, leading to increased trade both cross-border
and within large countries, greater efficiency and lower transaction costs. |
